The Wyoming Division of Banking began participating in the CSBS/AARMR Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) on November 1, 2008. All license activities are conducted through the NMLS.

2012 Renewal Process
All licensed companies holding a Mortgage Lender/Broker or Broker License in Wyoming must submit a renewal request through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) between November 1st and December 31st . The NMLS Streamlined Renewal Process allows your company to conveniently manage the renewal of company, branch, and sponsored mortgage loan originator licenses through your organization’s NMLS account.
All licensed individuals holding a Mortgage Loan Originator License in Wyoming must submit a renewal request through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) between November 1st and December 31st.
