The following notifications you must use the List of Entities document when completing Schedule 1 on the form to determine the appropriate column on the notification form to use for reporting the volume of loans assigned (sold) to each entity. Annual Post Dated Check Casher Report
The Division of Banking requires all Post Dated Check Casher licensees to file an Annual Report at the conclusion of each year. This report consists of monthly information regarding the lending activity per licensed location. One form is required to be completed for each licensed location.
